Overpopulation Deadenders Scaring the Kids Again

There still exist some deadenders on the question of population. I was just in St. Louis and visited the remarkable Children’s Magic House, which is a kind of wonderland of games, puzzles, electricity tricks and much else. There is a sign there that shows a board about one foot by one foot and says this will be the amount of living space for each person on the planet in 2700. A-huh. Pure, propaganda. Even the UN projects global population peaks at 9 billion in 2050 and begins to decline.

Anyway, here is a fun analysis of how everyone in the world can live comfortably in Texas and find enough water in the Columbia River to cook, drink, bathe, thrive.
