Costa Rica Sued By Inter-American Commission on Human Rights

According to an article at Jurist, Costa Rica is being sued by the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights over their IVF ban. Costa Rica has effectively upheld its ban on in-vitro fertilization in the face of pressure from the Commission and abortion advocacy organizations like the Center for Reproductive Rights.
