Expert: China’s 2 Child Policy “Still Coercive”

In case you missed it during the busy holidays, there has emerged a disconnect between media reports about China’s family planning policy changes (i.e. that China “abandoned” or “dropped” its one child per family policy) and what experts are saying about it.

The policy took effect at the beginning of the year.
