Justice Ginsberg on Foreign Law

The increasingly indispensable Ed Whelan of the Ethics and Public Policy Center has an interesting blog post at National Review’s Bench Memos on a recent speech by Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg. Like many progressive judges around the world, Ginsberg is a fan of using foreign sources in interpreting domestic law.
