Kenyans Pass Constitution: A Sad Day for the Unborn

Today Kenyans voted to adopt a new constitution, with 67% in favor.

Kenyan Christian leaders urged citizens not to be swayed by bribes and to vote against the constitution, stating that a yes vote will take “away your sovereignty” and could make way for legalized abortion.

President Obama praised Kenyans for making a “significant step forward,” though he has not yet stated whether he will fulfill his promise to visit Kenya if the constitution passed.
