2010 March for Life

The March for Life is an ultimate show of force in pro-life America in defense of the unborn. Last Friday, over 300,000 people showed up in Washington, DC alone to voice their concern from Constitution Avenue to the US Supreme Court.

The March is getting more advanced and sophisticated each year. Americans United for Life launched the first Virtual March for Life, allowing over 82,000 people not able to come to DC to walk virtually alongside the marchers.

But the march for the unborn goes on all year long and not just in the United States. There are marches in Paris, Spain, and this year will be the first march in Brussels. Over 25,000 people gathered in Paris on January 17 and 250,000 pro-lifers gathered in the streets of Madrid last October. In March, there will be similar rallies in Spain, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and France.

These marches and rallies are growing, each year the number of pro-lifers willing to travel miles and miles to stand in streets in defense of the unborn are larger.

With growing opportunities and growing battles, more people are standing up for life in ways that are truly making an impact.
