Radical gay rights activist (and former Catholic priest) to lead Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission
The notorious Michael O’Flaherty, spiritus rector of the equally notorious “Yogyakarta Principles” has been appointed to preside over the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission. He is one of the most active promotors of legal and fiscal privileges, falsely described as “human rights”, for the sexually perverted.
He was also member of the UN Human Rights Commission that criticised Ireland for not having legalised abortion. This did not prevent Ireland’s Government from keenly supporting his re-election to that Committee.
While he has acquired worldwide notoriety for his activities as a “human rights expert”, it is less widely known that O’Flaherty is a Catholic priest.
With such a man in charge, the gay/lesbian agenda (camouflaged as “human rights”) is certain to make great strides in Ulster. More than the Cloyne Report, the fact that Fr. O’Flaherty is still “in good standing” in his home diocese of Galway is a worrying sign for the decay in which the Roman Catholic Church in Ireland has fallen.
