UNFPA Chief to Get Human Rights Award

The head of one of the most rapacious human rights violators in the world is getting, get this, a human rights award. Thoraya Obaid, the head of the UN Population Fund, is getting the award. Let’s remember that UNFPA helped set up and run the Chinese one-child policy which is responsible for upwards of 50 million coerced or forced abortions. The good news is that this award does not really count for much since the award is being given by the UN Association.
