Hidden Victims of Sexual Violence: Children Born of War

Born-of-RapeForgotten survivors of conflict-related sexual violence are mothers raising a child born of war, struggling to put their children on a more hopeful path for the future. Children born after conflict-related sexual violence suffer lifelong consequences of the act and are “less visible, less recognized and less able to receive assistance” than other survivors.
