This webinar is a discussion with Robert A. Destro, the head of the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor at the U.S. State Department during the Trump administration. Robert A. Destro is Professor of Law at The Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C. and, has a unique insight into the inner workings of the U.S. State Department human rights bureaucracy, its priorities, and the way it interacts with international organizations.
