  • Consider including exceptions to the laws that criminalize termination of pregnancy, making abortion legal in cases of rape, risk to the mother’s life and fetal inviability (to Madagascar)
  • Reform its legislation in order to guarantee that women can access voluntary termination of pregnancy in cases of rape and foetal non-viability (to Malta)
