Brief of Amicus Curiae Center for Family and Human Rights In Dobbs V. Jackson Women’s Health Organization

C-Fam’s lawyers submitted a brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in the Dobbs v. Jackson case. Many pro-life legal experts believe the court is finally ready to reverse Roe v. Wade. In C-Fam’s brief our lawyers argue that the Court should not just overturn Roe v. Wade, but also declare that abortion is not an international right. Such a precedent would help to undo much of the damage that Roe v. Wade has done to the rule of law around the world.
